Judea and Samaria leaders on Tuesday applauded Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich’s announcement earlier this week that major steps had been taken to transfer administrative authority in the area from military to civilian hands.

Strength Wins Out in the Middle East

As Iran moves forward towards nuclear weapons, Hamas’ popularity surges, and Hezbollah attacks the north, Josh Hasten says that Israel and the Western powers must show strength in the face of all threats. On today’s Israel Uncensored, Hasten says that history has taught that appeasing terrorists in our region or kicking the can down the road, does not yield results. Even though the administration in Washington has adapted policies showcasing weakness, Israel must stand strong with threats on many fronts.

Hostage Rescue Offers Hope

In a military operation many are comparing to the “Raid on Entebbe,” the IDF, counter terrorism police, and the Israel Security Agency, rescued four Israeli hostages from the clutches of Hamas in Gaza. All were being held in “civilian” homes in central Gaza. On today’s Israel Uncensored, Josh Hasten discusses the operation which lifted the spirits of a nation. Unfortunately, it was with mixed emotions as a member of the elite Yamam force, which led the raid, Commander Arnon Zamora, HY”D, was killed during the hostage extraction.

Biden Plan Leaves Hamas Afloat

On today’s Israel Uncensored, Josh Hasten discusses the three-staged ceasefire proposal between Israel and Hamas, laid out by U.S. president Joe Biden. Hasten says that bottom line, the plan would leave the Hamas terrorist organization afloat, and in control of Gaza. He says that Israel must not accept any type of agreement that does not meet Israel’s three conditions towards ending the war: the removal of Hamas from power, the return of the hostages, and the disarming of Gaza, so that it no longer poses a threat to the Jewish State.
