EXCLUSIVE: Interview with Jason Greenblatt – Assistant to President Trump

On a very special edition of Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten, an exclusive interview with Jason Greenblatt, Assistant to the President and Special Representative for International Negotiations. Greenblatt discusses the approach his team is taking towards trying to forge a comprehensive peace deal between Israel and the Arabs living under the Palestinian Authority. He stresses that under any deal, the US would never jeopardize the security of the State of Israel and her residents. Don’t miss this important interview in which Greenblatt is adamant that the only true way to know what the Trump Administration is trying to accomplish in the Middle East, is to hear it from those individuals who are part of the team, and not from unreliable sources.

Shut Down UNRWA

On today’s Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten an exclusive interview with Dr. Einat Wilf, former member of Knesset, renowned author and leading intellectual. Dr. Wilf has been busy lately explaining why UNRWA should be shut down. The US State Department, in fact, announced over the weekend that they would stop funding UNRWA, which for 70 years has perpetuated the conflict between Israel and the Arab world. Wilf insists that we need a global campaign against the Arab propaganda which insists on the so-called “right of return,” which she explains doesn’t exist. Wilf doesn’t believe any Arab counties will step in and fund UNRWA as they are not interested in doing so, as they insist the “refugee” issue is a UN problem. In fact, those “refugees” Wilf explains don’t even exist as UNRWA has inflated their numbers tremendously by including children and grandchildren of “refugees” under the same umbrella.

Guns in the US vs. Guns in Israel

On today’s Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten, Josh discusses this past Sunday night’s deadly shooting attack at a video game tournament in Jacksonville, Florida. He says that despite today’s reality, the US still falls short when it comes to placing trained armed guards outside of crowded public gatherings. While Israeli Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan announced that more civilians in Israel, specifically thousands of ex-IDF infantry veterans, would qualify to receive weapons licenses, many in the US are advocating to get the guns off the streets. What can the US learn from Israel in this arena?

Why the Fuss Over Israel’s Jewish Nation-State Law?

On today’s Israel Uncensored, as I sit down to record the show, sirens blare out over northern Israel. Israel’s Home-Front Command indicated that the projectiles launched from Syria were fired as part of that country’s civil war, and were not aimed at Israel. However, for the first time ever Israel’s new ‘David Sling’ anti-missile system was utilized. Also on the show, why was Israel’s new “Jewish Nation-State Law,” in the headlines all over the world? I explains why this new ‘Basic Law’ has ruffled so many feathers near and far.

Minister Bennett: Destruction of Netiv Avot Homes Makes No Sense

At a rally to show support for the fifteen families in Elazar, Gush Etzion’s Netiv Avot neighborhood, whose homes are under a High Court of Justice demolition order, Jewish Home Party Minister Naftali Bennett said that there is no reason the homes should be torn down. He told The Land of Israel Network’s Josh Hasten that destroying those homes “makes no sense,” and he is calling on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to do what he can to save those houses. The rally was held Sunday night with hundreds in attendance including Government Ministers, Members of Knesset, and many other caring Israelis who do not want to see the unnecessary demolition of the Jewish homes in Netiv Avot.
