(Nov. 9, 2024 / JNS) Leaders and activists across the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria were nearly unanimous in their response to the outcome of the U.S. presidential election: the defeat of Democratic candidate Kamala Harris by Republican contender Donald Trump.

About 750 boisterous Jewish supporters of the Republican Party gathered in Las Vegas this past weekend to hear from potential Republican presidential candidates, along with current elected officials, with the focus on the GOP’s goal of taking back the Congress and Senate in the 2022 midterms and the White House in 2024.
On this week’s Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten, Josh says that with election chaos reigning in the US, whether projected election winner Joe Biden becomes president, or current President Donald Trump is able to prove voter fraud and stay in office, Israel needs to step up and do what’s in its best interests regardless of outside influence. While Josh acknowledges that President Trump was Israel’s best friend ever in the White House, and gratitude is in order, it’s the Israeli leadership which has to change its mentality and step up no matter who is in the White House, at 10 Downing Street, etc. Living in Israel for 19 years, Josh says that his president isn’t Joe Biden, but President Rivlin along with PM Netanyahu.

A group of political leaders representing the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria gathered in Hebron on Monday morning outside the Cave of the Patriarchs for a prayer session wishing U.S. President Donald Trump success in tomorrow’s presidential election.
