Your Chance to Own a Piece of Land in Israel

On today’s Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten an interview with David Ziering founder of Adama613 an initiative which allows people to buy their own piece of agricultural land in Israel. Ziering’s farmers will plow, plant, and fertilize your piece of land according to Jewish Law, taking off tithes for the poor, etc. as you will be given the opportunity to drink your own wine, eat your own olives etc. which grew on your own property in Israel. Also on the show, Josh discusses the escalation on southern Israel – once again, with rockets fired at Jewish communities over Shabbat.

The Eurovision War

On today’s Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten, over 700 rockets were fired at Israel over the weekend resulting in the death of four Israelis. Was Israel too quick to seek a cease fire with Hamas? Doesn’t Israel have a policy of not negotiating with terrorists? Could Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu be looking for quiet as Israel gets ready to host Eurovision? Also on the show Marc Prowisor Director of Security for the One Israel Fund reports from down south where he is busy providing necessary equipment to the security chiefs and medics in full anticipation that this “cease fire” won’t last long.

The Shaky Coalition

While Prime Minister Netanyahu is trying to salvage his government, indications at this point show that Israel could be headed towards early elections. Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman has already resigned, and while Ministers Bennett and Shaked this morning decided to remain in the government, can Netanyahu somehow hang on with a razor thin 61-seat majority in the Knesset? Also, despite the political turmoil and the chaos caused by Hamas this past week firing nearly 500 rockets at Israeli towns, Israel is on pace for a record number of tourists visiting the Jewish State in 2018. Josh Hasten discusses these topics and everything else making news on this weeks’ “Israel Uncensored.”
