Prime Minister Netanyahu

Remembering Those Who Sacrificed It All

On this week’s Israel Uncensored, Josh Hasten discusses Israel’s Memorial Day – Yom Hazikaron, which this year carries many fresh wounds following the October 7, massacre. He also discusses the Biden Administration’s decision to impose an arms embargo against the Jewish State in the middle of a just war to defeat Hamas evil. Prime Minister Netanyahu insists that Israel will finish off Hamas, on our own, if necessary. Plus, Israel gears up for Independence Day – Yom Ha’azmaut even as the war wages on, with Israeli troops now fighting in Rafah and in other parts of Gaza. Chag Sameach to all!

U.S. Administration Trying to Overthrow Israeli Government?

On today’s Israel Uncensored, Josh Hasten shares that a senior Israeli official slammed a U.S. intelligence report claiming that the government of Prime Minister Netanyahu is in jeopardy. In other words, this self-fulfilling prophecy attempt is another sign that the Biden Administration wants Netanyhu and his right-wing government out of power. At the same time, it was reported that Biden and company are considering withholding U.S. military aid should Israel try to finish off Hamas in the southern Gaza town of Rafah. Israel has made clear that it must destroy the remaining Hamas battalions in Rafah in order to achieve victory over the terrorist organization.

Is the Biden Administration Funding the Protests?

Israeli media over the weekend reported that a senior government official claimed that the protests which have been taking place in Israel over the past 10 weeks (under the guise of opposition to the judicial reform), were partially being funded by the U.S. Biden Administration. At the same time, it was noted that Prime Minister Netanyahu has not yet been invited to the White House for a visit. Is the U.S. Administration taking a page out of the Obama and Clinton playbooks by getting involved in Israeli politics and internal matters while snubbing our leadership? This question, and much more news from Israel on this week’s Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten.

Prime Minister Bennett?

Last night, Yamina party head Naftali Bennett announced that he will be forming a governing coalition with Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid and other anti-Netanyahu parties in order to unseat the Prime Minister. Unless something dramatic happens over the next few days, it looks like Bennett will become Israel’s PM for the next two years, followed by Lapid for the following two. The move angered many right-winger voters who accused Bennett of breaking an election promise that he would not serve under Lapid. Does Prime Minister Netanyahu have any more rabbits under his hat or is this the end of his current 12 year run (15 years in total) as Israel’s PM?

Netanyahu Campaigning in Judea/Samaria

On today’s Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten, Josh discusses some of the comments made by Prime Minister Netanyahu on a visit yesterday to Gush Etzion. The Prime Minister promised that if elected to another term he would work on authorizing some of the “young communities,” throughout Judea and Samaria, which have received government support but have not gotten a final stamp of approval. The Prime Minister used his visit to make his case as to why the Israeli public should back his Likud Party in the March 23 Knesset Elections.

All of this plus the other latest news from Israel, on this week’s Israel Uncensored, with Josh Hasten.
